基于G1-变异系数-TOPSIS的电网数字化类储备项目优选排序研究

Research on the Optimal Selection and Sorting of Grid Digitalization Reserve Projects Based on G1-Variation Coefficient-TOPSIS

  • 摘要: 为提高电网数字化储备项目优选排序的科学性和合理性,构建一套电网数字化类储备项目优选排序综合评价指标体系,采用G1算法和变异系数法分别确定主客观权重,结合TOPSIS方法构建一种基于G1-变异系数-TOPSIS的电网数字化储备项目优选排序模型。实证分析表明,本文所提出优选排序模型不仅在区分度和稳定性上优于传统方法,也可以为其他类型储备项目优选排序提供参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the optimal selection and sorting of grid digitalization reserve projects, a comprehensive evaluation index system for the optimal selection and sorting of grid digitalization reserve projects is constructed. The G1 algorithm and variation coefficient method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights respectively, and a G1-variation coefficient-TOPSIS-based optimal selection and sorting model for grid digitalization reserve projects is constructed. The empirical analysis shows that the optimal selection and sorting model proposed in this paper is superior to the traditional method in terms of distinction and stability, and can also provide reference for the optimal selection and sorting of other types of reserve projects.
