Abstract:
In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the optimal selection and sorting of grid digitalization reserve projects, a comprehensive evaluation index system for the optimal selection and sorting of grid digitalization reserve projects is constructed. The G1 algorithm and variation coefficient method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights respectively, and a G1-variation coefficient-TOPSIS-based optimal selection and sorting model for grid digitalization reserve projects is constructed. The empirical analysis shows that the optimal selection and sorting model proposed in this paper is superior to the traditional method in terms of distinction and stability, and can also provide reference for the optimal selection and sorting of other types of reserve projects.
