Design and Application of Electrical Control System for MBBR Integrated Equipment

  • 摘要: 对移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)一体化设备的电控系统软硬件设计进行全面、深入的研究。采用模块化的设计理念,便于现场设备调试与后期服务,仪表硬件选型根据现场信号传输远近与采集数据量大小的实际情况,考虑仪表信号采集的稳定性。在程序设计方面,主令开关量的信号采集,采用信号防抖加信号灯闪烁的方式设计,RS 485通信方面采用FOR循环的设计理念。

     

    Abstract: This paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on the hardware and software design of the electrical control system for MBBR integrated equipment. A modular design concept is adopted to facilitate on-site equipment debugging and later services. The hardware selection is based on the actual situation of signal transmission distance and data collection volume, considering the stability of signal acquisition. In the program design, the signal acquisition of the main command switch is designed with signal anti-shake and signal light flashing, and the RS 485 communication adopts the FOR loop design concept.
