Abstract:
This paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on the hardware and software design of the electrical control system for MBBR integrated equipment. A modular design concept is adopted to facilitate on-site equipment debugging and later services. The hardware selection is based on the actual situation of signal transmission distance and data collection volume, considering the stability of signal acquisition. In the program design, the signal acquisition of the main command switch is designed with signal anti-shake and signal light flashing, and the RS 485 communication adopts the FOR loop design concept.
