Research on a Big - Data Application System for Distribution Network Fault Sensing within 100 Seconds Based on the "Dual - Carbon" Goals

  • 摘要: 按照“主网感知配网、主动代替被动”的思路,创新引入主网站内D5000信号,解决配网故障研判启动延时问题;引入线路台区带电状态主动召测代替被动接收,解决用采数据上送不全不及时问题;引入带电台区反向校验,解决用采召测超时问题;引入配调实时图模代替PMS图模,解决配网方式变更问题,提高了配网故障抢修效率,减少故障停电时间。

     

    Abstract: By adopting the approach of "monitoring the distribution network through the substation network and replacing passive monitoring with active monitoring," the system actively incorporates the substation network's D5000 signals to address the issue of delayed initiation in distribution network fault detection. It replaces the traditional passive monitoring of distribution network status with active monitoring of distribution network status to solve the problem of incomplete and untimely transmission of distribution network status information. The system also introduces active monitoring of distribution network status to replace the traditional passive monitoring, addressing the issue of incomplete and untimely transmission of distribution network status information. Additionally, it replaces the traditional distribution network status information transmission with active monitoring of distribution network status to solve the problem of incomplete and untimely transmission of distribution network status information.
