煤矿机电系统中的电力负荷优化调节技术研究

Research on Power Load Optimization and Regulation Technology in Coal Mine Electromechanical System

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿机电系统的自动化和电力需求的持续增长,现有电力负荷管理方式面临负荷分配不均、设备利用率偏低以及能耗过高等诸多问题。为解决这些问题,本文提出一种创新的基于智能控制的电力负荷优化调节技术。该技术通过预测电力需求,结合动态负荷分配机制和自适应优化策略,实现系统在不同工况下的高效运行。实验结果显示,智能控制策略显著提高负荷平衡度,降低系统能耗,并提升设备的利用率,表明该技术能够有效应对复杂负荷波动的挑战。本研究为提高煤矿机电系统的电力管理效率提供理论与实践支持。

     

    Abstract: With the automation of coal mine electromechanical systems and the continuous growth of power demand, the existing power load management methods are facing many problems such as uneven load distribution, low equipment utilization, and high energy consumption. To address these issues, this article proposes an innovative intelligent control based power load optimization and regulation technology. This technology achieves efficient operation of the system under different operating conditions by predicting electricity demand, combining dynamic load allocation mechanisms and adaptive optimization strategies. The experimental results show that the intelligent control strategy significantly improves load balance, reduces system energy consumption, and enhances equipment utilization, indicating that this technology can effectively address the challenges of complex load fluctuations. This study provides theoretical and practical support for improving the power management efficiency of coal mine electromechanical systems.
