Abstract:
With the automation of coal mine electromechanical systems and the continuous growth of power demand, the existing power load management methods are facing many problems such as uneven load distribution, low equipment utilization, and high energy consumption. To address these issues, this article proposes an innovative intelligent control based power load optimization and regulation technology. This technology achieves efficient operation of the system under different operating conditions by predicting electricity demand, combining dynamic load allocation mechanisms and adaptive optimization strategies. The experimental results show that the intelligent control strategy significantly improves load balance, reduces system energy consumption, and enhances equipment utilization, indicating that this technology can effectively address the challenges of complex load fluctuations. This study provides theoretical and practical support for improving the power management efficiency of coal mine electromechanical systems.
