Adaptive Multi-protocol Acquisition and Forwarding Monitoring System

  • 摘要: 针对工业物联网监控系统接入大量不同协议设备导致的集成困难、开发工作量大等问题,提出支持自动挂载采集设备的监控系统架构,采用哈希表构建数据结构,利用共享内存实现数据快速交换和低延迟转发。实验表明,CPU利用率降低22%,内存占用降低43%,已应用于多个新能源监控系统。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of industrial IoT, monitoring systems face challenges integrating numerous devices using different protocols. This paper proposes a monitoring system architecture supporting automatic mounting of acquisition equipment, using hashtables to construct data structures and shared memory for fast data exchange and low-latency forwarding. Experiments show CPU utilization reduced by 22% and memory usage by 43%, with applications in multiple new energy monitoring systems.
