Abstract: This paper focuses on the case analysis and countermeasures of electricity theft under power supply business rules, closely combining the latest issued documents, and deeply analyzes the new characteristics and current situation of electricity theft. Finally, it proposes corresponding optimization measures for electricity theft from the perspective of "technical prevention + human prevention + rule of law".
